Auberge & Co is a small collective for owners and operators of independent inns, restaurants, cafés, and pubs. We connect the people who run hospitality businesses, and we help them grow without losing what makes their place theirs.

What We Do

We look at how a place presents itself: the website, the booking flow, the photos, the story it tells. Then we say what's working and what isn't. No jargon, no 40-page deck. A clear read you can act on.

Connection

Members meet other owners who've solved the same problems. A chef who fixed a slow season. An innkeeper who rebuilt direct bookings. Introductions that lead somewhere, not another list of contacts.

Growth

When a member wants to expand, refinance, sell, or bring on a partner, we help line up the right people and walk the deal through. We earn a fee only when something closes.

Auberge & Co is part of TKS Collective, a small holding company building a network of independent hospitality businesses. The idea is old: a good auberge keeps a light on for travelers. We keep one on for the people who run them.

We're opening to a first group of founding members now. Early members shape how the collective works, and pay nothing to join while we build it out.
